[BHCC] created a comprehensive dining and bar experience that felt more like an incredible, intimate pop-up from your favorite new restaurant than a traditional, catered event. Their technical culinary and bartending skill was evident, and the service element was truly exceptional – combining gracious, friendly attitudes with timing and efficiency for a crowd is no easy feat, and their attention to detail made our evening unforgettable (and delicious).
