Alcohol Service

All Bartenders and Servers are required to check the identification of anyone who orders alcohol who appears to be under the age of 40. Bartenders and Servers can be held criminally and civilly liable for the following offenses:

• Serving a minor

• Serving a minor who uses a fake ID

• Serving a person to intoxication

• Serving an intoxicated person

• Serving alcohol after 1 am or before 6 am (9 am on Sundays)

• Violating state, county, and municipal alcohol service laws.

Todos los Cantineros y Meseros deben verificar la identificación de cualquier persona que pida alcohol que parezca tener menos de 40 años. Los Cantineros y Meseros pueden ser responsables penal y civilmente por los siguientes delitos:

• Sirviendo a un menor

• Sirviendo a un menor que usa una identificación falsa

• Sirviendo a una persona a la embriaguez

• Sirviendo a una persona intoxicada

• Servir alcohol después de la 1 a. m. o antes de las 6 a. m. (9 a. m. los domingos)

• Violar las leyes estatales, del condado y municipales sobre el servicio de bebidas alcohólicas.
