At-Will Employment

Your employment with Bar Harbor Catering Company, Abel’s Lobster and/or Merchant & Frye is a voluntary one and is subject to termination by you or The Company at will, with or without cause, and with or without notice, at any time. Nothing in these policies shall be interpreted to be in conflict with or to eliminate or modify in any way the employment-at-will status of The Company’s employees. This policy of employment-at-will may not be modified by any officer or employee and shall not be modified in any publication or document. The only exception to this policy is a written employment agreement approved at the discretion of the Administrative Management.

Su empleo con Bar Harbor Catering Company, Abel's Lobster y/o Merchant & Frye es voluntario y está sujeto a terminación por parte de usted o de La Compañía a voluntad, con o sin causa, y con o sin aviso, en cualquier momento. Nada en estas políticas se interpretará como un conflicto con o para eliminar o modificar de alguna manera el estado de empleo a voluntad de los empleados de la Compañía. Esta política de empleo a voluntad no puede ser modificada por ningún funcionario o empleado y no se modificará en ninguna publicación o documento. La única excepción a esta política es un contrato de trabajo por escrito aprobado a discreción de la Gerencia Administrativa.
